Ukrainian Vereniky Dough:
1 container (3-1/4 cups or 750ml) container of sour cream.
4 cups of flour
1 tsp. salt
Pour sour cream in bowl. Add flour. Mix with hands until dough is soft and elastic; about
15 minutes. Wrap dough in plastic wrap for about 1 hour before rolling out. Turn a cup
upside down to cut circles out of the dough. Fill each circle with your choice: mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, or my favorite strawberries. Fold and pinch each circle to close them. Boil them in water until the dough softens. Strain and eat. Don't forget the sour cream!
